Giorgio Beltrami is one of the coaches who work at Milan Academy Avila, in Spain, and he is in charge of training kids to reach a high level of sport performance. He has been working in the technical coordination of the campus for two years, and he is the right person to tell you about anything you would like to know about the contest.

MBP:-
How many kids train at the academy every year?
G.B:- This year, we are expecting to have around 600
kids from 7 to 16 years old.
MBP-
Why has AC Milan chosen Spain to open the academy?
GB: - Spain serves as an open door to Europe for
young people, especially South Americans, who can communicate without any
language difficulties and successfully fit into the groups regarding their
sport and education level.
MBP:- What are your expectations about the contest
“Train at Milan Academy Avila”?
GB:- What we expect from the contest launched by
MYBESTPLAY is to able to receive a kid at our ACADEMY, with the illusion of
eventually seeing him play for MILAN or for another professional club.
As far as education is concerned, we would like to
mention the great opportunity the winner will be given, as he will be able to
stay at an old and very prestigious school, where he will be able to increase
his personal cultural knowleadge.
MBP:-
What will the winner find when he arrives in Avila?
G.B.:- The two weeks the winner will stay at the
academy will surely represent an unforgettable experience, in which sports will
combine with vacations, socialization with the kids and the possibility of
belonging to a group.
MBP:- What is the best advice you would give to the
contest’s participants?
G.B.:- We just want to tell MYBESTPLAY’s users to
believe in what they do and to send the best videos, which could help them make
their dreams come true.
Good luck for everyone!

Italian AFA agent Pierpaolo Triulzi, from the internacional agency Futbol & Transferencias, visited us at the offices in Buenos Aires and gave us an interview about the present and future of MyBestPlay. Read the whole article on our blog...
Does this service help you?
-
Yes, very much. It’s
an innovative service for those who want to have an opportunity in soccer. I know there are many sports, but as far as
I’m concerned, it’s very helpful to those who play soccer and don’t have
another opportunity to promote themselves.
-Yes. I can see the messages they send in my
private area. They’re almost 30 contacts a day, generally from players who don’t have an agent and want me to find
them some international club. There are
people from all around the world; last night I got two messages from Nigerian
players who were looking for a serious and dedicated agent.
-Yes, six South Americans who had a
career on second and first division teams in their countries. In Italy, South American players are
esteemed, especially if they are tall and have long hair (he laughes). They are the
kind of players people admire when they go to the stadiums.
Do you think there should be
someone like “Messi” on the website?
- Why not? It’s possible, considering the number of
sportsmen on this database. I’ve also seen
there are first level players who play in great European teams. If this webpage keeps on growing as it is
now, it’s almost sure that there’ll be more than one “Messi”.
What are the things a player
should know before he signs a contract with an agent?
- He needs to check whether he is a
certified agent, either by FIFA or by another local institution. That way he’ll have more possibilities to
proceed with the transfer without any legal inconvenience, because if a FIFA
agent faces any trouble with a contract, the federation that regulates transfers solves the problem very fast.
However, if the agent doesn’t have a FIFA certification, it may probably
take much more time to solve the problem, maybe years.
Can you compete with big management world agencies?
- It’s not really a competition,
because they have another treatment towards the player (since they have many
players, they can hardly devote some time to them, to solve their problems, either personal or related to sports).
In my case, I have three first level players and that’s enough for me to
give them all the attention and solve their problems as much as possible.
Finally, do you see any
future here?
- Yes, I think it’s a very good
idea and if you keep on improving, it’ll be even more popular.

left to right: Fernando Viale, Igor Nogueira, Pierpaolo Triulzi,
Ana Paula Cruz Díaz and Mara Avila.

Sebastián Nerone, one of the best paddle players in the world, came to MyBestPlay’s offices. He told us about his experiencies and gave us some piece of advice. If you want to start playing this sport and become one of the best, pay attention to his words...

Seba Nerone was born in Buenos
Aires on 24th June, 1976. He started
playing paddle as a hobby when he was a little boy until the day his conditions confirmed he was
ready for bigger challenges.
He became professional on his 17
years old, after winning a local tournament in 1993. A year later, he was rubbing elbows with the
best players in the world. Since then,
he has always remained on the world top five ranking.
Nowadays he plays in Iberian
countries together with his partner Christian Gutiérrez.
